Shilpbazaar.com offers its customers an easy and free 10 Days Domestic Return/Exchange Service wherein customer has to raise complaint within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We will not accept complaints lodged after given frame of time. Partial Returns/Exchanges from Deal/Combo products are also acceptable.
Returns will not be acceptable for International Orders. In case, customer wants to return the product for any of below given reason(s) then he/she has to bear the courier cost. Shilpbazaar.com will not provide any reverse pick up facility for international orders.

Please make sure that the returned product especially apparels must have their original price and brand tags intact. Refund/Exchange will be done only after thorough quality check of returned product.
If the product is defective or damaged, Shilpbazaar team will replace or reship fresh piece (as per availability of stock) to the same shipping address of customer.
Shilpbazaar.com provides an easy reverse pick up facility pan India but if in case we are not able to arrange reverse pick up, customer has to return the product via courier on his/her own. We will reimburse the reasonable courier amount (According to package weight) after receiving an image of courier receipt as required.
