Once you cancelled your product, it will no longer be in your cart and you have to reselect the product from our category catalogs.
Once the order has been confirmed and customer made payment for the same, it will not be cancelled. Customer has to accept the parcel once. Only Return policy will be applicable in this case. After receiving the parcel, customer has to file a return request on Shilpbazaar panel against given Order ID within 48 Hours from the date of delivery. Before requesting for return, kindly go through return policy of Shilpbazaar.com. In case, customer receives damaged product and he/she wishes to get a fresh and intact piece then the replacement process will take 7-10 Working Days after receiving damaged or unfit product back for quality check.
